Hello! Thanks for your asset.
In extension PanAndZoom need replace platform dependent compilation with "Input.touchSupported" because Windows Store application can be mobile with touch and desktop without.

#if (UNITY_IOS || UNITY_ANDROID || UNITY_WINRT) && !UNITY_EDITOR
#elif UNITY_STANDALONE || UNITY_WEBGL || UNITY_WEBPLAYER || UNITY_EDITOR
#endif If build this for Windows Store application and run on Windows 10 desktop version, mouse for pan and mousewheel for zoom not working. For this to be work, need replace dependent compilation directives with: if(Input.touchSupported) and all work good. Furthermore, Unity team recommends use this for that case.
