Impossible to change UseSoftBoundaries at runtime

Hey Luis,

I found a bug in Pro Camera 2D.
It's impossible to change the "UseSoftBoundaries" setting of NumericBounds at runtime.
Due to line 147 (UseSoftBoundaries = _useSoftBoundariesEditorSetting;) it will always be resettet to the inspector state.
This makes it impossible to turn off soft boundaries by script for edge cases like animations/ cutscenes. It would be great to see a fix! Thank you!
