I have a few sorting layers such as the default layer, and then a few above and below. But I am having an issue when the camera is shaking when any sprite is on the default layer and the sorting order is greater than 0. As when the camera shakes the sprite (in my case some water and random little sprite props) that appear within their correct ordering layer and order at first, tend to pop above other layers or ordered within that layer while the camera is shaking, and then after the shake stops it goes back to it's correct layer. Just to note the object z position is 0 not that I suppose that matters.. It feels like the camera shake is applying some kind of z order shake on rotation, but within the sorting layers some how. Has anyone got any idea's which might be causing this? Example image below, the water in this case shows above other objects while the camera is shaking:

craigdennis Sorry for the late reply. Did you ever manage to solve this?

Hi Luis, unfortunately no I haven't really even been sure what to try? In the end I wrote my own completely separate script that shakes the camera shake container and that works, but using the ProCamera2D Shake method still causes the sorting layers issue so I've had to move away from using it tbh. Any idea's atall?
