Having both the Shake & Pixel Perfect Components enabled seems to cause some problems with the Shake Container resetting to the default position.
Whilst the dampening towards (0, 0, 0) still seems to be happening, it's doing it extremely slowly and comes to a halt at some point. Weirdly enough clicking out of the Editor and back into it seems to help that process.

I've tested this with Unity 2020.3.18f1 and the latest version of Pro Camera 2D (2.8.1) on Windows 11.
