Relative Offset Seems Incorrect

When I set the Offset for X or Y to 1 with the "Relative Offset" option checked, I expected my Target and the Camera to end up at the edge of the screen.

It seems to not go all the way to the edge of the screen.  Am I missing something?

I'm seeing a couple other camera scripts in your GameObject. Maybe it's interfering somehow?
